Pressure Canner Check
Next month, during our regular 3rd Saturday Food Swap, we are hosting a Pressure Canner Check sponsored by Franklin County OSU Extension Service. The public is invited to bring their pressure canners for this free public event. Gauge pressure canners will be checked for accuracy and all canners will be inspected for safety. Replacement parts will be available for sale. This event begins at 1pm and will run til 3pm. Bring all your pressure canners and feel confident with canning this season.
